The Role
CHARTER DRIVING OUT OF WELSHPOOL
Join our team of drivers and move Perth forward. Carry out charter services safely and on time, perform pre-start inspections, plan routes, and communicate with operations — all while delivering excellent customer service.
You'll drive school runs, campus shuttles, corporate transfers, and event charters across Perth — a different job most days, from a depot that's been running since 1987.
Bus transport is an essential service, so the work keeps coming. And when your shift ends, it ends — you go home without taking the job with you.

Day to Day
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
- Carry out bus charter services safely and on time
- Perform daily vehicle pre-start inspections
- Familiarise yourself with pickup/drop-off locations and plan routes
- Communicate delays to charter services via the Drivers' Line
- Refuel vehicles and complete cleaning duties as required
- Log vehicle defects and submit lost property records
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times
Before You Start
WHAT YOU NEED TO DRIVE WITH US
Two things have to be in place before your first shift. If you've got the licence but not the authorisation, apply anyway — we'll point you in the right direction to get it sorted.
Route training and vehicle familiarisation happen once you're on board, so bus experience isn't the gatekeeper here.
Driver Requirements
- Working with Children clearance card (required)
- MR or HR licence and a passenger transport driver (PTD) authorisation (required)
