YOUR ROUTES, YOUR RIDES, POWERED BY HORIZONS WEST.

Contract Services

CAMPUS LINKS, STAFF SHUTTLES, PARK-AND-RIDE

We design, run and refine ongoing bus services for universities, employers, councils and construction sites. Tell us where your people are and when they need to move — we handle the routes, vehicles, drivers and reporting.

Some of this work runs to a timetable. The rest is booked in an app, and we'll tell you which one fits your site.

What's Included

DESIGNED, RUN, AND REVIEWED

Booked in an App

Passengers request a ride, watch it approach, and see when it'll arrive. Live tracking runs on every vehicle we operate.

Coverage You Can Move

Pick-up points live in software, so we can extend a service to a new street or a new building inside a day.

Timetabled Routes As Well

Plenty of contract work still belongs on a schedule — campus links, commuter shuttles, park-and-ride. We run those too.

Reporting You Can Act On

Journeys, wait times, met demand and where the coverage gaps are. Enough detail to take to whoever signs off the budget.

Accessible as Standard

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, handrails and grab-rails across the fleet. Drivers take boarding at your passengers' pace.

Dedicated Account Manager

One person who knows your service, your site and your peak times. You'll have their direct number.

Getting Started

HOW A NEW SERVICE COMES TOGETHER

1

Show Us the Site

Where your people start, where they need to be, and what's getting in the way of that now.

2

We Design the Service

Coverage area, hours, vehicle mix and transparent pricing, set out in a written proposal.

3

We Run and Refine

Services start, the data comes in, and we move the coverage to match it. Most services change shape in their first term.

Horizons West bus on the curtinlink service at Curtin University

Case Study

NINE YEARS ON CAMPUS, AND COUNTING

We've run Curtin University's free campus bus since 2016. For nine years that meant five fixed routes across Bentley, Technology Park, Waterford, Victoria Park and South Perth.

In February 2026 Curtin replaced it with curtinlink — same operator, same fleet, now booked in an app across 983 virtual pick-up points. Most passengers are around 150 metres from one.
