Our drivers are accredited and hold current clearances, our fleet is monitored in real time, and every vehicle is supported by regular inspections, clear reporting processes and scheduled maintenance at our Welshpool workshop. It's how we protect our passengers, our people and the wider community — every journey, every day.

What We Do
THE CHECKS BEHIND EVERY TRIP
Fully Accredited Drivers
Accreditation is complete before a driver's first shift. Nobody carries passengers on a provisional basis.
Working With Children Clearance
Drivers in passenger-facing roles hold a current Working With Children check alongside their police clearance.
Real-Time GPS Tracking
The whole fleet is tracked live. When you ask where a bus is, we can answer straight away.
On-Site Workshop at Welshpool
Our own mechanics service the fleet to a schedule, rather than waiting for a breakdown to force the issue.
Road Safety Inspections
Vehicles are inspected on a set cycle, with faults recorded and cleared before a bus goes back into service.
Incident Reporting
Anything that happens on the road is logged and reviewed, and what we learn feeds back into driver training.

BEFORE A DRIVER CARRIES PASSENGERS
Licence and Clearances
We check the licence and passenger transport driver authorisation, run the police clearance, and confirm the Working With Children check for passenger-facing roles.
Training and Familiarisation
Route training and vehicle familiarisation come before the first shift, so a driver knows the run and the bus they're driving.
Ongoing Review
Performance, vehicle inspections, and incident reports are reviewed as part of normal operations — not only after something goes wrong.
