- The person entering the competition must be at least 18 years of age and permanently living in Western Australia.
- The person entering the competition must be involved with the nominated team in an official capacity, including but not limited to a team official, administrator, coach, or parent or guardian of a registered player.
- Entry into the competition on behalf of a team must be sanctioned and approved by the relevant club, team, or sporting organisation. Horizons West reserves the right to request written confirmation of this authorisation prior to confirming any booking.
- Competition entry form must be completed online via https://www.horizonswest.com.au/horizons-finals/
- All bookings used for entry into the competition are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The competition closes on July 12, 2026 at 11:59PM AWST.
- The winner of the competition will be drawn at random in a draw to be conducted at the Horizons West Bus & Coach Lines facility (105–111 Ewing St, Welshpool WA 6106) on 15 July 2026. The draw result will be announced via the Horizons West Instagram account and the winner will be contacted directly.
- Only teams that qualify to participate in finals during the 2026 season are eligible to claim the competition prize.
- The competition prize is complimentary team transport for the winning entrant’s team’s entire finals campaign, as booked and provided through Horizons West Bus & Coach Lines.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

- Neither party shall be liable in any event, or for any reason, including breach of this agreement, to the other party or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or exemplary loss of profit or damages arising out of this agreement.
- Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations set forth in these terms & conditions and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations, if such failure or delay is due to natural disasters, lockout, strike, or other transportation or industrial disturbances, law, regulation, mechanical failure or any causes reasonably beyond the control of either party.
- This competition is being carried out in line with the conditions as outlined in the “Gaming & Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 – Regulation 36A – Prescribed Conditions Trade Promotion Lottery.”
